We offer a variety of options for your convenience, including video interviews, file reviews with or without written reports, and easy invoicing with electronic bill payment.     Ms. Skahan is an experienced vocational expert and consultant in cases that involve personal injury, marital dissolution, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Social Security Disability, state vocational rehabilitation programs, Workers' Compensation, career transitions, earning capacity assessment, employability, and more. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Qualified Rehabilitation Professional for Missouri Workers' Compensation cases. Her knowledge of vocational and disability concepts allows her to tailor her approach in a unique way for each case. She has testified as a vocational expert in more than 8,000 cases.

    Ms. Frank understands the complexities and challenges of cases that involve a wide range of issues, including Personal Injury, Professional Malpractice, Long-Term Disability, Workers' Compensation, Marital Dissolution, Social Security Disability, Reasonable Accommodation. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Disability Management Specialist, and Certified Case Manager. The breadth and depth of her knowledge and experience enable her to offer a creative and unique perspective to each case. She has testified as a vocational expert in more than 8,000 cases. A native of St. Louis, she spent more than 30 years living in the Kansas City metropolitan area. She now resides in the beautiful state of Maine, but she maintains close ties, both professionally and personally, to Missouri and Kansas.

    Jennifer Ruhnke

    M.A., CRC

    Ms. Ruhnke brings over 20 years of experience in vocational services to her work. Her knowledge and experience encompass both public and private sector systems, including state vocational rehabilitation programs, Workers' Compensation, and Social Security Disability, as well as Short-term and Long-term disability programs. She has served as an independent expert witness for the Social Security Administration for more than a decade with testimony experience on thousands of cases. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.

    Alicia Hiles

    Ms. Hiles holds master's degrees in both Economics and Rehabilitation Counseling. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Qualified Rehabilitation Professional for Missouri Workers' Compensation. She has experience in forensic economic analysis and vocational rehabilitation with areas of expertise that include forensic economic analysis, job placement, Social Security Disability, earning capacity, employability/placeablity, retraining, and more.
